The Wealthnet Finance Plc is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Wealth Creation Business Groups (WCBG) Consultants in its Credit Department tenable in Lilongwe, Blantyre, and Mzuzu.

The main responsibility of the WCBG Consultant is to mobilize savings and deposits through the identification, training, and management of the WCBG Groups in accordance with the Company guidelines.

The WCBG Consultants will be reporting to the Credit Manager and will be purely on Commission.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Conduct sensitization campaigns to create new Wealth Creation Business Groups in accordance with the manuals provided
• Identify potential loan and savings customers for Wealthnet Finance PLC.
• Educate prospective and existing clients on the importance of savings and other financial products.
• Conduct Business Training to Wealthnet Customers in accordance with the manuals provided
• Register each group member on Kakupay Payment System

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
