    • Customer must ensure that this number is used in a mobile phone which is able to receive messages and also able use USSD

    • It is a must for a customer to register an alternate number for the bundle function

  • • The alternate number will have three key uses:

    i To receive bundle usage notifications

    ii To purchase bundles for the number in the ODU /MiFi 3) To check the balance for the number in the ODU /MiFi

How to Register for an Airtel Malawi Alternate number? 

  • Using the mobile phone number you want to register as an Alternate number:

    • Dial *301#

    • Select Home Broadband

    • Select register Alternate number

    • Enter phone number being used in Home Broadband Device

    • Confirm number

    • You will receive a confirmation message of registration
