Brief History; Mzuzu University is one of the principal universities of Malawi. The school is located in Mzuzu, in the northern region of Malawi. It was founded in 1997 and accepted its first students in 1999.

The programme is designed to provide students with professional knowledge, skills in hermeneutics, homiletics, exegesis and values within the context of religious studies. The degree will provide job opportunities and advancements in fields of education, clergy and administration in private, public and non-governmental sectors.

Entry Requirements

MSCE or its equivalent with an aggregate of not more than 30 points in the best six subjects at least credits in English (Language or Literature) and Bible Knowledge or History and in any one of the following: Social and Development Studies, Geography, Chichewa and French.
