This program is tailored specifically for clinical officers who would like to improve their skills as clinicians in trauma and orthopaedics.  As there is also diploma level orthopaedic clinical officers already in the health system in Malawi, a two-year bachelor of science degree in trauma and orthopaedics has also been developed as an upgrading course from diploma to degree.
